PETRONUS RESCUE

We are a 501c3 foster based rescue in Houston, TX. Our mission is to take in dogs from our over crowded mandatory intake shelters, the mean Houston streets, and from owners who can no longer care for their animals and get them into their forever homes.

Not an “until” home, but a forever home.

These dogs have been through hell and back, and we very much pride ourselves on ensuring that never again do they have to experience anything other than being spoiled rotten!

We can’t do what we do without our amazing foster families who open their homes and hearts nor without donors who help us to ensure that every dog gets their veterinary needs met.
