Heath
Male | Bully Mix | 5 yrs
Meet Heath! He was saved after being seen thrown from a van on a busy Houston toll road during afternoon traffic. Since then he has been in rescue for 2 years searching for his forever home. He is part snuggle bug, part goof and a little bit of a wrecking ball. He is estimated to be 4 years old and lives to earn his hoomans affection. Heath is ideal for an experienced home that has a soft spot for bully breeds. He knows all of his basic obedience commands such as sit, stay, down, leave it, and place. He is also fully crate trained but can be trusted outside of the crate when home alone. He thrives when given patience, routine, and structure and has a guardian that will advocate for him. Heath doesn’t mind being the only dog, but with proper introductions, he can do well with a female fur friend. While he can be cautious about new things he loves going on adventures. He absolutely loves car rides (preferable with the windows down), beach trips, boat rides, and hikes. Fetch and tug are his favorite games, but when he is not playing he loves hanging out on the couch and snuggling (he is the best snuggle bug).
